Still in India

I'm still in India, snooping around people's kitchens like mad, and learning lots of new recipes.  On the other hand, wi-fi has been either too slow or difficult to come across, so new recipes aren't likely to start pouring out of this blog for several days!  With great luck, tomorrow, or more likely, in several!
