Ceramic infused titanium pots and pans

  I promise not to have commercials in my posts on a regular basis, but my pots and pans are really good.  I used cast iron and enamel ware for years, but recently they got too heavy for me to deal with, so I replaced them with these ceramic infused titanium pots, brand name Ameriware.  I burned the rice black one evening when we had a lot of excitement going on, and I was able to tilt the pan over the sink, and out came the charcoaled rice, in a single lump.  No need to throw the pan out, or even to scrub it.  I find I can let food caramelise, and not have to worry about scrubbing the pot afterwards.  If you're in the market for pots and pans, I'm recommending these.
